Baked Avocado

Ingredients:

  • Ripe avocado
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Frank’s red hot sauce
  • Lime juice

Preheat the oven to 350*F. Slice avocado in half and remove the pit. Do not peel! Using a butter knife (or other dull knife), score across each avocado half in both directions, making hash marks for the sauce to run into. Sprinkle (or pour) hot sauce and lime juice into avocado halves. More sauce is better! Top with parmesan cheese. I use reduced fat, but you can use whatever you like. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is golden brown. Eat with a spoon using the rind as a bowl.
