4 mile hike with Reese, 15 minute AMRAP of 20 sit-ups, 15 squats, 10 push-ups

Food plans:
Turkey meatloaf muffins are prepped in the fridge, waiting to be cooked
Green bean, egg white, brown rice stir fry for snacks
Oatmeal and egg whites for breakfasts
Lean ground beef for taco salad prepped in the fridge
