Shedding for the Wedding


Okay y’all.

I don’t know how many of these posts I’ve done, but it really is time to get serious. I have engagement photos when I get home and I want to look good.

From here on out I will be holding myself accountable to any and all readers who care to see my journey to get in wedding shape. I’m back on weight watchers, and I’ll be looking into some Pure Barre classes when I get home, in addition to my own strength training and running routine.

Today’s meals:

Breakfast: whole wheat english muffin with sugar free blackberry preserves and a skim milk latte – 6 points

Lunch: Spicy tuna sushi roll from the Dragon Wagon :) – 7 points

Dinner: taco salad (100 calorie guacamole, black beans, jalapeños, FF cheese, light sour cream, lettuce) – 7 points

Snacks: mini York patty, plum, pineapple, healthiest chocolate chip cookies ever – 7 points

Total: 27 points

Today is a rest day from the gym since I’ve been every day this week.

Current weight: 146.5 lbs
Goal weight: 126 lbs
Days to wedding: 449
