As promised, here’s today’s plan:

Wake up around 8am to hit the gym. I spent 30 minutes on the elliptical and then did a heavy legs workout including weighted squats and leg presses.

Breakfast: 1/2c Greek yogurt, 3/4c Nature’s Path cereal – 4 points

Lunch: 1/4c black beans, snack pack guacamole, FF cheddar, 2T light sour cream, salsa – 6 points

Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs – 4 points

Dinner: Out with friends, I will be sticking to whatever kind of salad they have, dressing on the side, no wine – must be 12 points or less

Total: 26 points

Current weight: 146.5 lbs
Goal weight: 126 lbs
Days to wedding: 447
